These workouts use the entire body incorporating hand, elbow, and leg strikes using focus pads, core conditioning and optional sparring during these sessions. KICK BOX FITNESS combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance, timing and self confidence. Classes are always fun, energetic and addictive. All abilities welcome.
