Personal training is a method of exercise delivered via one to one sessions or small group sessions depending on the wants and needs of the clients. Sessions are tailored specifically for the client, taking into account their ability, their goals and their lifestyle. I also offer dietary advice in order to help achieve goals in ways other than just exercise.
